[ FLUGVEL ]

Personal build · One knob · v1.0.4

A little box that watches the sky so I don't have to.

Flights, weather, your calendar, a focus timer, two working games. All on one knob. No app. You're looking at it right now, actually — this whole page is running on its screen.

What it does

Six screens. One knob.

Turn to move, click to switch screens. Reorder or hide any of them.

Plane tracker

Nearest aircraft overhead — callsign, altitude, speed, bearing. Quiet sky gets a random quote instead.

Weather

3–7 day forecast. Tap in for the hourly breakdown.

Calendar

Up to four iCal feeds, merged into one agenda. No duplicates, I promise.

Focus timer

Pomodoro, but on a microcontroller that also watches planes.

Games

Flappy Plane and Paddle Catch work. Two more are "coming soon" (narrator: they are not soon).

Settings

Theme, updates, factory reset — the usual suspects.

No app, no account

It runs its own settings page.

Open it, poke around, close it. That's the whole flow.

01

Wi-Fi

Required

Pick a network, type the password. Done once, forgotten forever.

02

Location

Optional

Type a city or let it guess. It's usually right.

03

Customise

Screens, theme, brightness, units — all of it, saved instantly.

Make it yours

Four looks, your call.

Four color themes, 12/24-hour time, metric or imperial, and yes — left-handed mode.

That's the whole pitch, from a guy who spent way too long tuning a knob.
